Mangrove Equity Partners, LP (“Mangrove”), a leading lower middle-market private equity firm based in Tampa, Florida, is pleased to announce the launch of Peak Pavement Group (“Peak Pavement”), a newly branded platform company dedicated to the pavement maintenance industry.
