The acquisition, which further strengthens Inovar’s position in the Northeast, marks another milestone in Inovar’s growth strategy, representing its 11th platform acquisition.

Inovar Packaging Group, LLC (“Inovar”) has acquired The Kennedy Group, LLC (“The Kennedy Group”), a premier label and packaging platform with two facilities based in Willoughby, OH and one in Levittown, PA. The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Inovar’s growth strategy, as this is its tenth platform acquisition, and it further expands Inovar’s presence in the Midwest and Northeast regions.
