Conti Federal Awarded $97.3M Contract to Construct New Company Operations Facilities at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii

Award Strengthens Conti Federal’s Presence and Ongoing Expansion in the Indo-Pacific

Conti Federal Services, a leading construction and design-build firm specializing in military construction and critical infrastructure for the U.S. federal government, has been awarded a $97.3M contract by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pacific Ocean Division, Honolulu District, to construct new Company Operations Facilities (COF) at South Range Schofield Barracks.

The design-bid-build (DBB) Military Construction (MILCON) project will deliver five new structures that support mission readiness and administrative operations for four companies and Troop Aid Station in the 225th Brigade Support Battalion. The project will contribute to the consolidation of the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, at Schofield Barracks’ South Range.

The new Company Operations Facilities will provide a centralized space to support command and control functions, unit supply and equipment operations, maintenance and inspection activities, deployment readiness, and secure storage for high-value equipment. This includes construction of two Readiness Module buildings, two covered hardstands, and one administrative module building.

“This project represents another step forward in Conti Federal’s long-term strategy to strengthen our presence across the Indo-Pacific. As the region continues to be a focal point for U.S. defense priorities, we’re proud to contribute the infrastructure that enables mission readiness and regional stability,” states Conti Federal Business Development Director for the Indo-Pacific region, Jason Roberts.

This award builds on Conti Federal’s growing portfolio in the Pacific, which already includes two multiple award contracting vehicles: the USACE Honolulu $495M Hawaii MATOC, and the NAVFAC Pacific $990M Indo-Pacific IDIQ MACC. Conti Federal’s experience in the Pacific region includes a building renovation at Camp Hansen in Okinawa, Japan, and a fuel system repair at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.

With offices and projects spanning multiple continents, the company is well-positioned to support the U.S. federal government’s global infrastructure needs. To view the company’s global project portfolio, visit https://www.contifederal.com/projects.
